How requesting works
From the request to the end of the trip.
Pick the place and time
A station car park or a street meter, as soon as about an hour from now or any hour up to 8 days ahead. The app shows the base fare before you confirm.
We send a car
We match a free car and drive it to the place you picked. The app shows when it will be there and tells you when it has arrived. Free to cancel until the car is dispatched.
Unlock at your time
The car is parked 10 minutes before your time. Tap Unlock in the app. Time charges start at the time you chose, or when you unlock if that is earlier.
Return anywhere
End the trip at any MTC station or metered car park, not back where you started. Lock the car in the app and the trip is paid.

A request needs a free car nearby. At short notice one isn't always there; booked a day ahead, it usually is. If we can't match a car, we cancel the booking and you aren't charged.

Requesting questions
How soon does a requested car arrive?
The soonest is about an hour after you book, or pick any hourly time up to 8 days ahead. The app shows when the car will be there before you confirm, and tells you when it has arrived. It needs a free car nearby: booked a day ahead there usually is one, at short notice not always.
When do charges start for a requested car?
The base fare is paid when you book: for a hatchback, HK$100 to an MTC station car park or HK$80 to a metered space (SUVs and MPVs have their own rates). The car is due 10 minutes before the time you chose. Time charges start at that time, or when you unlock the car if that is earlier. A start outside 10am to 10pm adds HK$35.
Can I request a car to any metered space?
Only to the places the app offers. MTC station car parks take requests. A metered car park takes them when the app can book a space there for your time; otherwise it shows as return only. Search a district or car park on the Stations page, then book in the app.
Can I choose the car model when I request a car?
You choose the class (hatchback, SUV or MPV) in the app; which classes you can request depends on the place and time. The model is assigned from the cars available, so a specific model, or an EV, cannot be booked.
How do I get into the car when it arrives?
The app tells you when the car has arrived and shows where it is parked and its plate. Walk to the car and tap Unlock in the app: the doors open and your trip starts. There is no key to collect.
What if no car is matched or I need to cancel?
If we cannot match a car, we cancel the booking and you are not charged. You can cancel free in the app any time before the car is dispatched to you; after that, cancelling keeps the base fare and the deposit hold is still released. For anything on the day, WhatsApp +852 9089 0874.
Can I return the car to a different station?
Yes. You can return at any MTC station carpark or a government metered street space; it does not have to be where you picked up. At a station, park in the designated MTC bay; at a meter, pay the meter for the maximum allowed time. Then lock the car in the app and take a photo when prompted.
